Your final inspection checklist

Make sure all items are present:

Print Checklist

> Evaluating normal wear and tear

During the inspection, a specialist will evaluate your vehicle for normal and excess wear and tear using the included “Wear and Tear” card. Upon completion, you will receive a preliminary inspection report*. Your final report will be accessible on the inspection provider’s website within 48 hours. It can also be mailed upon request.

Any excess wear and tear will be billed on your Final Lease Settlement Invoice, unless you choose to have the items repaired prior to turn-in.

> Minimize excess wear and tear charges

In an effort to minimize any excess wear and tear charges, it is recommended that you review the final inspection results with your Audi dealer to see if any of the repairs are covered under warranty. Repairs must be completed before the vehicle turn-in date. Once the repairs are completed, email, mail or fax the receipts to the Audi Finance Lease-end Department prior to returning your vehicle to ensure proper credit to your account.

*It is important to note that a Lease end inspection may not immediately reveal mechanical, electrical and/or structural damage. In the event additional damage becomes known upon return to the dealer, Audi Finance reserves its rights to recover those costs from you.
